ABOUT NEYQOR

A newly founded Swedish MedTech company working to reshape clinical workflows.

NEYQOR is a newly founded Swedish MedTech company with one clear ambition: to reduce fragmentation and improve how clinical work moves through healthcare. We are building connected clinical workflows around one patient, one clinical context — with traceable sources, clinician review and human decision-making at the center.

WHY NEYQOR

From fragmented systems to one connected clinical workflow.

Healthcare teams work across more information, systems and digital tools than ever. Too much of the clinical burden still comes from searching, switching context and rebuilding the patient picture.

NEYQOR was founded in Sweden to address that workflow problem. Our goal is to create a connected clinical workspace where examination, investigation, synthesis, evidence and documentation can move through one trusted patient context.

Our direction is guided by a small set of principles: one patient, one clinical context; evidence before inference; clinician-controlled decisions; and safe by design — fast by architecture.

THE MEDTECH JOURNEY

From fragmented information to clinical continuity.

01THE REALITYFragmented clinical systems

Important information exists, but clinical work is distributed across records, medication systems, results and separate workflows.

→
02THE NEEDOne patient context

Clinical information needs identity, authority, provenance and temporal meaning before it can become trustworthy context.

→
03NEYQOREvidence-centric infrastructure

A shared clinical foundation designed to support workflows such as the Command Center, Smart SBAR, documentation and decision support.

→
04THE CHANGELess friction around clinicians

Technology should reduce searching and repetitive documentation while keeping interpretation, approval and clinical action human.

→
05THE FUTUREContinuity of care

Multiple clinical workflows can evolve around one trusted context layer instead of creating another isolated information surface.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

MedTech should make complexity safer — not hide it.

CONTEXTOne patient. One clinical context.

Information becomes more useful when the patient story can be understood coherently across time and source.

EVIDENCEEvidence before inference.

Clinical intelligence should remain attributable to the information beneath it.

AUTHORITYHuman authority remains human.

AI may assist with synthesis, drafting and surfacing evidence. Clinical responsibility remains with the clinician.

ENGINEERINGSafe by design — fast by architecture.

Speed should come from a strong architecture, not from bypassing clinical safeguards.

HOW WE BUILD

Change in healthcare has to earn trust.

SAFETY VETOIf it is not safe for healthcare,
we do not build it.
ENGINEERING RESTRAINTMinimum necessary change,
maximum verified effect.

For NEYQOR, these are engineering constraints. Clinical functionality should have clear provenance, bounded authority, verifiable evidence and fail-closed behaviour where safety requires it. And when an existing path is already correct, safe and verified, we do not change it merely to make the architecture look newer.

WHERE WE ARE GOING

Not another isolated clinical application.

NEYQOR is evolving toward a shared clinical operating layer: a foundation where patient identity, authority, evidence, provenance and temporal context can support multiple clinical workflows.

The long-term direction includes clinical documentation, handover, longitudinal patient intelligence, monitoring, multimodal clinical information and evidence-grounded AI assistance — connected through one coherent architecture.

NEYQOR does not replace the clinician. It removes friction around the clinician.

NEYQOR

Healthcare has enough data.
What it needs is context.

One patient. One clinical context.

Safe by design — fast by architecture.
